1. PROMOTION PERIOD 1.1 The promotion commences 9:00 am AEDT on October 30, 2025 and closes 5:00 pm AEDT on December 21, 2025 ("Promotion Period"). 1.2 Seven (7) weekly draws will be conducted on: November 10, November 17, November 24, December 1, December 8, December 15, and December 22, 2025.
2. ELIGIBILITY 2.1 Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 2.2 Employees of York Jewellers, their immediate families, and associated agencies are ineligible. 2.3 The Promoter is York Jewellers Pty Ltd, ABN 35 002 672 906, of Shop 51A Westfield Penrith NSW 2750.
3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 3.1 To enter, participants must make a qualifying purchase at York Jewellers (Westfield Penrith or Warriewood Square, or online at yorkjewellers.com.au) during the Promotion Period. 3.2 A qualifying purchase is defined as:

4. ENTRY MECHANICS 4.1 One entry per qualifying transaction, regardless of purchase value. 4.2 Each valid receipt will be entered into each weekly draw for the Promotion Period. 4.3 Entries are not cumulative - previous entries will be removed from each week's draw. 4.4 Customers may win multiple times with separate qualifying purchases. 4.5 Online purchases: Entry is automatic upon payment completion. 4.6 In-store purchases: Duplicate receipt placed in the drawer.
5. LAYBY CONDITIONS 5.1 Layby purchases are eligible when BOTH initiated AND completed (final payment made and goods collected) during the Promotion Period. 5.2 Entry is granted on the date of final payment/collection only. 5.3 Laybys initiated before October 30, 2025, are NOT eligible, even if completed during the Promotion Period. 5.4 Partial payments do not constitute entries; only the final payment triggers entry.
6. SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDER CONDITIONS 6.1 Special orders and custom orders are eligible when BOTH are ordered AND paid in full during the Promotion Period. 6.2 Entry is granted only upon full payment, not deposit. 6.3 Special/custom orders initiated before October 30, 2025, are NOT eligible, even if paid during the Promotion Period. 6.4 If collection occurs after December 21, 2025, the entry remains valid provided full payment was made within the Promotion Period.
7. PRIZE DETAILS 7.1 Seven (7) prizes total, one per weekly draw. 7.2 Each prize is cash equivalent to the winner's purchase value, capped at AUD $5,000. 7.3 If the purchase value exceeds $5,000, the maximum prize is $5,000 cash. 7.4 If the purchase value is under $5,000, the prize equals the exact purchase amount. 7.5 For multiple entries by the same winner: only the drawn receipt's value is refunded. 7.6 Total prize pool: Maximum $35,000 (7 x $5,000).
8. DRAW DETAILS 8.1 Draws conducted at York Jewellers Penrith store between 10:00 am and 12:30 pm AEDT each Monday. 8.2 Draws are combined across both store locations. 8.3 Winners notified by phone and email within 2 hours of the draw. 8.4 Winners announced on York Jewellers' website and social media within 24 hours. 8.5 Draws conducted under independent scrutiny.
9. PRIZE CLAIMS 9.1 Winners must claim the prize within 14 days of notification. 9.2 Proof of identity and original receipt required. 9.3 Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on the 15th day at 10:00 am AEDT. 9.4 Cash prizes paid via bank transfer within seven business days of claim verification.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS 10.1 Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. 10.2 Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. 10.3 Promoter's decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into. 10.4 Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries. 10.5 Original receipts must be retained as proof of purchase. 10.6 Maximum one prize per person per week.
11. PRIVACY 11.1 Personal information collected for promotion administration only. 11.2 By entering, participants consent to receive promotional communications (opt-out available). 11.3 Privacy policy available at yorkjewellers.com.au/privacy
12. LIABILITY 12.1 Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage except where excluded by law.
13. MODIFICATIONS 13.1 Promoter reserves the right to modify terms or cancel promotion for circumstances beyond reasonable control. 13.2 Any changes will be published here.
