Complimentary in-store, on-hour cleaning, polishing and rhodium plating (on white gold) is available twice a year.

During cleaning, our professionals check the condition of claws, settings, stones and the overall item to let you know when and if it needs repair.

If your new York Jewellers piece isn't for you, that's okay. As long as the item, packaging and contents haven't been worn or damaged and are returned promptly, we'll make your return or exchange as simple and stress free as possible.
