Processing of orders

Shipping within Australia will be via Australia Post.
We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should receive your delivery within five (5) business days of being notified that your order has been shipped.

Items missing from an order
Should any Item be missing from an order, please email us with the order number and the item code or product name of the Item you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations. However, York Jewellers will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
