A Letter To Our Valued Community: 


In light of the overwhelming news regarding COVID-19, we wanted to extend a letter of comfort to our network as we understand these times are difficult to manage right now. 

At York Jewellers, our loyal clients are at the heart of what we do and why we do it. We are committed to being both responsive and responsible, navigating this chapter pro-actively with everyone’s best interest and safety in mind. 

Our intent is to always do what is best for our clients, the broader community, and our York family. 

With that said, we open for business as usual and are taking precautions to minimise physical contact with our clients through safety wear and sterilised applications, as well as quarantining our jewellery thoroughly and consistently. Should matters escalate, we will act accordingly and in line with government regulations to ensure we are addressing every possible measure to protect everyone. 

Furthermore, members of upper management in our Westfield Shopping Center  are also taking advice from authorities to apply the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness for retailers and shoppers. Members of the community have been advised to proceed with their day-to-day activities as normal whilst increasing personal hygiene practices such as handwashing. 


We encourage our clients, suppliers, followers and media partners to take extra care during this period.  We wish you a safe and smooth transition through this time.
