• York Jewellers Black Friday Sale is conducted by York Jewellers Pty Ltd ABN 35 002 672 906 of shop 51A/585 High St, Penrith NSW 2750 trading as York Jewellers and will be referred to as “the Promoter” herein.
• The Sale commences at 9 am AEDT on Friday November 18 to Midnight Monday November 28 2022. 
• Participation in the sale applies to all customers
• Sale items are not able to be purchased in conjunction with any other discounts or offers
• Customers may participate in the sale in-store or online via (www.yorkjewellers.com.au)
• 20% off select items apply regardless of whether the purchase is made online and in store during the promotion period only.
• Zip Money six month interest free is available by application on Black Friday Sale purchases.
• New layby arrangements are available, however, the payment must be made in full within 1 month and a 50% deposit is required upfront. 
• Discounts are not applicable to Existing layby arrangements or special orders which include repairs, custom or remodelled jewellery.
• All major payment methods are accepted including cash and layby. 
• Any dispute relating to sale items will be determined by the Promoter, whose decision is final.
• Sale items purchased can not be transferred or exchanged and cannot be redeemed for money.  
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no other correspondence will be entered into. 
• All Federal and State laws and regulations apply to the Sale.
