Across the promotional period, eligible purchases will unlock a voucher tier based on your spend.

• $1000–$1499 → $100 voucher
• $1500–$2499 → $200 voucher
• $2500–$3499 → $400 voucher
• $3500+ → $700 voucher

Each voucher is redeemable in-store at our new location (or in Warriewood, should you be based on the Northern Beaches) and can be applied toward your next piece.

Eligibility & Offer Structure

Customers who spend qualifying amounts in a single transaction will receive a promotional voucher as follows:

• $1000–$1499 spend  → Receive $100 voucher
  
• $1500–$2,499 spend  → Receive $200 voucher
  
• $2,500–$3,499 spend  → Receive $400 voucher
  
• $3,500+ spend  → Receive $700 voucher
  

Qualifying spend must be made in one transaction and cannot be split across multiple purchases. The qualifying spend is calculated after discounts (if any) and excludes the value of any voucher issued under this promotion. 

Voucher Usage

• Vouchers are issued at the time of eligible purchase and are provided as a single reward per qualifying transaction, based on the applicable spend tier. 
  
• Vouchers are valid for jewellery purchases only. Voucher cannot be redeemed with any other offer.
  
• Purchases made within a single transaction will be combined to determine eligibility for a reward tier. Separate transactions cannot be combined or aggregated, and purchases may not be structured or split across multiple transactions to obtain multiple vouchers or higher-value rewards. 
  
• Vouchers cannot be used for services, including but not limited to repairs, resizing, cleaning, or remodelling.
  
• One voucher may be used per transaction.
  
• If the total purchase value is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will be forfeited (eg a $400 voucher used on a $349 purchase will forfeit the remaining $51).
  
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, credit, or refunds.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• York Jewellers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacements will not be issued. York Jewellers reserves the right to refuse redemption where fraud or misuse is suspected. 
  

Returns & Exchanges

• If an item purchased as part of a qualifying transaction is returned (or cancelled), York Jewellers reserves the right to reassess eligibility and adjust, cancel, or recover the voucher value if the revised transaction no longer meets the applicable reward threshold. Purchases made using a voucher may be refunded as store credit or replacement voucher at York Jewellers’ discretion. 
  

General

• York Jewellers reserves the right to determine whether transactions have been structured in a manner intended to manipulate or circumvent the Promotion, including but not limited to splitting purchases across multiple transactions. 
  
• York Jewellers reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws. This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. 
  
• By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  
• Any decisions regarding disputes or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions will be at the sole discretion of York Jewellers.
